About the West Texas Homeless Network
Our Mission
The mission of WTHN is to lead the efforts to identify issues that affect those at risk of and experiencing homelessness and to support the development of community strategies to prevent and end homelessness.
Our Purpose
WTHN exists to bring local agencies and advocates through a Continuum of Care (CoC) plan: a strategic, community-wide effort to provide housing and services that prevent homelessness and foster long-term stability.
